QMI's Family of Treatments are Safe & Effective and do not compromise the characteristics of the primary lubricant, and will not void manufacturers warranties.  QMI products do not contain harmful additives such as chlorine or other potentially harmful components.  QMI PTFE Treatment are metal treatments, and not just "Slick Oils".

A filtering test was performed by the same test facility on QMI Engine Treatment for filtering purposes.  The test utilized a 0.8 micron filter membrane, while typical automotive oil filters utilize 10 to 40 micron filter membranes.  The report concludes: "There were no porblems in filtering this material."  This test also demonstrates that qMI will not block oil passages and oil pump screen openings.
